His son Gaston established the permanent estate in 1925, and today great-grandsons Jerome and Sylvain distill, age, and blend their eaux-de-vie exactly as their great-grandfather did. Their 30-hectare vineyard sits in the heart of the Bas-Armagnac, widely regarded as the finest cru of the region.
