Born from the smoky, soulful tradition of Oaxacan mezcal production, El Silencio Espadín is the mezcal that has introduced more people to this ancient spirit than any other brand. Made from 100% Espadín agave — the most widely cultivated agave variety in Oaxaca — and crafted using traditional methods including pit-roasting the agave hearts, El Silencio delivers an authentic, approachable mezcal experience at an accessible price point. This is mezcal for everyone.
El Silencio is the perfect introduction to mezcal — smoky enough to be authentic, smooth enough to be approachable. Sip it neat with an orange slice and sal de gusano to experience it the traditional way, or use it to craft a stunning Mezcal Negroni, Oaxacan Old Fashioned, or Smoky Margarita. Once you go mezcal, you never go back.
Part of the El Silencio family — bringing the ancient tradition of Oaxacan mezcal to the world, one smoky sip at a time.
