Cooperstown Select Straight Rye is made from 100% New York State grown grains and aged two to three years in new American oak, then rested for at least a year in used Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. It is bottled at 102 proof.

The wine cask adds dark fruit and a dry, elegant edge to classic rye spice. It has earned Best in Class at the Alberta Beverage Awards and 96 points from The Tasting Panel.
